These Terms govern use of the Obara platform provided by Obara Technologies Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, the school and its users agree to these Terms.
Each school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for the activity of the accounts it creates (administrators, staff, students, and guardians). Account holders must keep their credentials secure and are responsible for activity under their account.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to upload content a user has no right to share. Teacher-uploaded lesson material must be content the school is permitted to use.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up. Features available to a school depend on its plan. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Study packs and other AI features generate material from a teacher's lesson notes and are provided as study aids. They may contain errors and should not be treated as authoritative; teachers and students should verify important details.
We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
A school may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, a school may request export of its data.
